Art. 37

A broadcasting organisation has the exclusive right:

1. to retransmit its broadcasts;
2. to make its broadcasts perceptible;
3. to fix its broadcasts on blank media and to reproduce such fixations;
4. to offer, transfer or otherwise distribute copies of the fixations of its broadcast;
5. ¹ to make its broadcasts available through any kind of medium in such a way that persons may access them from a place and at a time individually chosen by them.
