Any person who:
- gives or promises a creditor or their representative special advantages in order to obtain their vote at the creditors' meeting or on the creditors' committee, or to obtain the creditor’s consent to or rejection of a judicial composition agreement;
- gives or promises the administrator in bankruptcy, a member of the bankruptcy administration, the administrator, or the liquidator special advantages in order to influence their decisions;
- causes another to give or promise advantages specified in letter a or b,
shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.
