Any person who imports, acquires or stores counterfeit or falsified coins, paper money or bank notes in order to pass these off as genuine or non-falsified shall be liable to a custodial sentence not exceeding three years or to a monetary penalty.1
Any person who imports, acquires or stores such money on a large scale shall be liable to a custodial sentence of from one to five years.
