The debtor may file a written objection with the debt enforcement office within five days of service of the summons for payment; when doing so, he must demonstrate that any one of the conditions set out in Article 182 is met. On request, the debt enforcement office shall confirm the filing of an objection to the summons free of charge.
By stating the grounds for objecting to the summons, the debtor does not waive further defences under Article 182.
Article 33 paragraph 4 does not apply.
