Before expiry of the moratorium, the commissioner shall submit all the files to the composition court. He shall provide details in his report of consents already given and shall recommend the confirmation or rejection of the composition agreement.
The composition court shall reach its decision expeditiously.
Public notice is given of the place and time of the hearings. The creditors must be notified therein that they may file objections to the composition agreement at the hearings.
