The parties have the right to a fair hearing; in particular, they have the right:
to inspect case documents;
to participate in procedural acts
to appoint a legal agent;
to comment on the case and on the proceedings;
to request that further evidence be taken.
The criminal justice authorities shall notify parties who are unaware of the law of their rights.
