In order to investigate a felony under Articles 111−113, 118 paragraph 2, 122, 124, 140, 156 numbers 2−4, 182, 184, 185, 187, 189 paragraphs 1 and 3, 190 paragraphs 1 and 3, 191, 260teror 264−264l SCC1, a familial DNA search may be ordered in accordance with Article 2a of the DNA Profiles Act of 20 June 20032, provided the investigative measures up to that point have been unsuccessful or the investigation would otherwise have no prospect of success or would be made disproportionately more difficult.
